Membership and Payment Terms… 

Kindly note there is a club joining fee for all new junior and senior players. Players inactive for more than a quarter will have to pay a re-joining fee (same as new joiners) 

A membership subscription doesn’t mean your booking is confirmed for a session. You are still required to book your session on our booking app vjoin.app to confirm your availability. 

Members cannot take a break from the payment schedule even though they cannot attend due to holidays (short-term holidays during vacation). 

All membership requires a compulsory 1-month notice to cancel/suspend their membership. 

In case of venue cancellations due to unforeseen situations, the club will make arrangements for an alternate venue. if no venue is available, a credit note will be issued to use against future sessions for PAYG players. A refund for subscribed members is only applicable if the total number of cancelled sessions exceeds 50% in a given term. For example, if you have opted monthly subscription there should be 2 or more cancellations in a month out of 4 or 5 sessions to avail refunds. Cancellations are non-transferrable as cash. 

Kindly note that pre-informed session cancellation are nonrefundable, for example, on bank holidays. 

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as moving out of location due to work, the club may consider your cancellation request of quarterly/half-yearly /annual membership under discretion upon satisfactory evidence provided. The unused balance membership amount will be refunded after deducting your 1-month compulsory notice and 25% admin charges. 

Booking cancellation within 5 days of session is still payable and non-refundable 

Late Fee Charges: Please note overdue payments unsettled within 2 calendar days will attract a 25% late fee charges.
