Our Secondary Badminton sessions for ages 11–17 are designed to refine technique, tactical awareness, and match play. Guided by expert coaches, players develop advanced skills and competitive confidence through structured, high-quality training.

Our Performance Squad is an invite-only* training group designed for elite players competing on the national circuit. This session brings together Essex’s most dedicated and driven athletes, offering a high-intensity environment that mirrors the demands of top-level competition.
Membership is £120 per month, with a one-time £10 joining fee. These sessions are for players that play at advanced level.

Our Development Squad is designed for ambitious young players aged 8–14 who are already competing in national tournaments from 1 Star through to Bronze level, as well as players who demonstrate exceptional potential and a commitment to training at a higher standard.

Our Mini Squad is an invitation-only programme designed for young players aged 6–9 who have demonstrated exceptional potential and commitment within our Primary Sessions.

Our Adults Improver sessions provide a supportive environment for players looking to build confidence, sharpen technique, and enhance tactical understanding. With expert coaching, participants progress their skills through structured drills and game-based learning.
Our Adult Improver program is £120 for a 4-week course, offering the best value for structured progression. Individual sessions are also available at £35 for those who prefer flexibility.

Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time, returning to the sport after a break, or looking for regular competitive games, our sessions provide the perfect opportunity to play, improve, and meet fellow badminton enthusiasts.
We offer a variety of social sessions to suit different preferences, including both plastic shuttle and feather shuttle sessions, allowing players to enjoy the style of game that best suits their experience and goals.
